This phone has everything in appropriate ratio to entertain you all the day.Quad core speed is experienced while using various apps and games.
First
thing First LOCK SCREEN is very much helpful in reaching some of the apps straight away from the lock screen.You have very frequent app in right i.e. CAMERA and because of this to open camera it’s like on the go.Alongside This on the left side you can add some of the apps that allow you to access them from shortcuts on lock screen such as Messaging,Email,Gmail,Whatsapp,Google now,Hangouts,Calender etc.
Although it’s annoying because you need do efforts to scroll through or to jump into lock screen widgets some times.Also You can add some info about yourself on the lock screen as OWNER INFORMATION.
On the Home Screen
Everything is perfect but sadly pinch to edit home screens is missing.But you get very cool and vibrant wallpapers according to your mood and choice.
Google now is always available on the home screen you just need to tap on the google search bar or mic.INFACT Google now experience is quite good and when You say Ok Google it searches very quickly and all accents are received by it very perfectly.
In MENU
There are very much useful apps built-in.
CLOCK is enriched with useful features like stopwatch and timer.It works as same as the digital timers or traditional ones.Also world Clock is always available even when you don’t have internet.
Google Maps is also very much user friendly in finding your destinations.You can also save Maps for offline use.
QuickOffice does editing your documents in any format on the go.

This Phone is ALL about Pure Android.THe stock android and it’s UI is very much satisfactory.
LOOKS WISE its different and also feels very comfortable in hands due to mat finish, compact design and the dent on the back for resting any finger while holding MOTO G.
CAMERA is surely 5 megapixels.Picture quality is all good it captures everything with details of object.ALSO Flash fires with good technique.Secondary camera is also very much satisfactory for doing video calls.Camera app is very easy to operate.Taking pictures is even more easier because you just need to tap anywhere on the screen and it just takes the picture.
BATTERY gives fare amount of time to do all tasks maybe FULL one Day usage if you are not playing high end games continuously and also if large number of apps are not running at back.
STORAGE Wise Moto g is acceptable as because you have 12.92 GB(IN 16 GB VARIANT AND 5.52 GB IN 8 GB VARIANT) of storage free or available for installing apps or games or storing media.GOOGLE DRIVE is offering 50 GB of space free for two years.
Also You Have VERY MUCH unique thing available that is USB OTG SUPPORT.So you can connect any of your flash drive to MOTOROLA G and some other usb devices such as keyboard or Mouse.
MOTOROLA MIGRATE lets you Wirelessly transfer your photos, videos, SIM contacts and even your call and text history from your old Android phone to your new Moto G.

CONS:
This phone is perfect but there are somethings which are against it.
IF you populate Your MOTO G with more apps and games or high end games then it starts stuttering and also lag in switching between apps or while playing games.This does not prove that it is not capable of storing enough media or giving good experience in high end games.We have tested High end games such as REAL RACING 3 AND ASPHALT 8.Moto G Performed brilliantly.So just keep this in mind not to populate it with unnecessary thing.And also avoid installing HACKS.
CAMERA also Lag sometimes and fails in capturing photos but this happens very rarely.
MINOR OR INSIGNIFICANT CONS:
FILE MANAGER is not in built But You can install ASTRO File Manager with Cloud or ES File Explorer File Manager
BATTERY PERCENTAGE indicator is also not in built but you can install Battery Percent for KitKat
AUDIO RECORDER is also not in built but you can install Audio Recorder by Sony Mobile Communications.
CHANGES AFTER UPDATING FROM 4.4.2 TO 4.4.4
DIALER GETS MODIFIED WITH LITTLE BIT OF COLORS AND CONTACT THUMBNAIL SHOWS FIRST ALPHABET BY WHICH CONTACT IS SAVED.
IN FACT GALLERY IS GOOD IN 4.4.2 BUT THE UPGRADED GALLERY IS NOT APPRECIABLE.
NOTHING ELSE YOU GET IN 4.4.4.
